Rams cornerback Fakhir Brown, who was suspended four games in 2007 for a violation of the substance abuse policy, has won an appeal as to another potential violation , which likely would have resulted in a one-year suspension. Accrding to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch , Brown prevailed in the appeal and is working out with the team after missing four weeks of the offseason program, apparently due to the pending suspension.
