Bucs Trade Winds — ... Pittsburgh Pirate memories was attending the 1979 World Series.  The entire 1979 year was magical in Pittsburgh, from the Steelers winning two Super Bowls tied to that year to the Pitt Panthers being a dominant football powerhouse (even though they were screwed from a national title shot, they did win a NY Times Championship according to the NY Times Computers) to that magical Year of the Family for the Pirates.  My friends at Mop Up Duty have a nice article up on the 79 Bucs that was posted on February 18th, Canada's Family Day. ...
