Where Have You Gone, Andy Van Slyke? — ... the Pirates' system. The new Bradenton Whatevers will be part of the Florida State League, which is convienient for the Pirates with their spring training headquarters right threre, but it's a real drag for me because they'll play all their games in Florida while the Hillcats are in the Carolina League and thus within driving range for me a couple of times a year. Haven't seen any confirmation of this from the Pirates' side of things, but I'm assuming it's coming soon. via Red Reporter
