Roger Federer defeated the 49th-ranked Janko Tipsarevic to advance to the fourth round of the Australian Open. It sounds like it was an amazing match, especially with the 10-8 final set. Unfortunately this type of ending could never happen at the US Open since the final set is determined by a tie-breaker. Tremendous tennis match on ESPN2 late last night and well into this morning for those who stayed up way past their bed time.
