So James Posey, who has helped the Miami Heat and Boston Celtics to championships, is moving on to New Orleans. The New Orleans Hornets offered Posey a 4-year $25 million contract, and the Celtics decided not to match. Should a team pay a key role player who helped them win a championship big money or should they get someone else to do the job for less money and invest elsewhere?
