BOURBONNAIS, Ill. - Hours before the Bears were set to officially open training camp Wednesday with a 3 p.m. practice, first-round draft pick Chris Williams agreed to a five-year contract. With hours left before Bears training camp kicks off, the Bears and first round draft choice Chris Williams have agreed to terms. The new deal is for 5 years for 13 million with 9 million up.  He can also earn another 3 million in incentives.
