[image] An agreement between the NFL and NCAA regarding training camp time and former student-athletes will keep Baltimore Ravens rookie quarterback Joe Flacco out of camp for the rest of May. Despite having already withdrawn from school, the rule is that draft picks are allowed to participate in only one camp while their school is in session.
