Quarterback Joe Flacco is not expected to hold himself out of training camp, but the Ravens' first-round draft pick will be absent for the rest of the month. Because of a long-standing NFL - NCAA rule, Flacco will miss a four-day passing camp at the end of May and will not return to Ravens headquarters until after May 30, the last day of exams at the University of Delaware.
