The Orioles are insisting on receiving Felix Pie in any deal with the Cubs for Brian Roberts. The Cubs aren’t willing to move Pie, though, so that deal may not be as close as many think.
For some reason, the Mets are still talking to Kyle Lohse despite landing Johan Santana. Maybe a 1 year deal for league minimum salary makes sense, but anything more than that is a terrible idea. He is a fleece in the waiting.
