Under new immigration rules in England, non-EU (as they put it) players and managers have to pass an English test before they're eligible. Soccer players now far into the category of skilled workers, and must pass the same requirements as everyone else. But get this. Italians, Germans, Frenchmen and other Europeans that don't speak English don't have to worry about it. They're in the EU. ... [link]
