Former Sooner Thompson has Charge Dropped

Former Oklahoma quarterback Charles Thompson , who led the sooners to an 11-1 record in 1987, had his public drunkenness conviction thrown out two days ago. Thompson did have to pay a fine of $69, but considering the charge, he got off relatively easily. [link]
