Reliever Keith Foulke, who hasn't seen big league action since April 10, made a rehab appearance Monday with Triple-A Sacramento, throwing 27 pitches -- 17 for strikes. The right-hander allowed one run on one hit while striking out three without a walk in two innings. [link]
