FOX Sports: Rosenthal: Blue Jays may listen to offers for Glaus Robo-notes The Blue Jays say they aren t looking to move third baseman Troy Glaus, but their perspective might be changing. The Jays are now willing to listen on Glaus, one rival general manager says, a notable development for the Padres, Dodgers and Angels. Glaus, 30, has a full no-trade clause, but it stands to reason that he would be open to returning to his native southern California. The Padres, Dodgers and Angels each would benefit from the addition of a power-hitting third baseman. Each also build a trade package around a highly regarded prospect at third. The Jays could ask the Padres for Chase Headley, the Dodgers for Andy LaRoche, the Angels for Brandon Wood. They also could seek pitching, then use their savings to invest in other players during the off-season.
