Do the Packers give this sinkhole of false promises a chance to win his starting job? Do they trade him? Talk about being caught between a brick of cheese and a deity: If they trade him and the Pack tank or Favre’s new team (Miami? Washington?) reaches the playoffs, somebody’s liable to lose their job. If you play Favre and he’s terrible and has to be replaced midseason, wouldn’t that be a worse ending than when he tossed that pick in OT against the Giants in January? Here’s ...
