According to MMAjunkie.com , lightweight fighter Frankie Edgar will return to the Octagon at UFC 87 on August 9. An opponent has not been named. Edgar last competed at UFC Fight Night 13 this past April, where he suffered the first loss of his professional career via unanimous decision against Gray Maynard . The New Jersey-native is 3-1 lifetime in the UFC with wins over Tyson Griffin , Spencer Fisher , and Mark Bocek . Overall, Edgar is 8-1 lifetime in MMA and holds non-UFC wins over Jim Miller , Deividas Taurosevicius , and Mark Getto .
