Matt Greene scored his first goal in two years and Teddy Purcell scored a goal and added an assist to give the Los Angeles Kings a 2-0 lead after the first period, but that was not enough as the San Jose Sharks scored two goals of their own and beat the Kings, 3-2 in a shootout on Monday night.
