It is official, Sean Franklin wins 2008 Rookie Of The Year award. As I sad ten days ago, this class of rookies doesn't really seem to hold up to previous years. I also don't think Sean Franklin will end up being the best player to come out of the class, I just think it could take others longer to mature.
