Congrats to the “Long Arm of the Law” for making the 2008 NBA’s All-Defensive 2nd team. Great recognition for a guy who usually goes overlooked, except for the defensive 2nd team (this is the 4th consecutive season that Tay has made the 2nd team). The Palace Prince is joined by Shane Battier of the Houston Rockets, Chris Paul of the New Orleans Hornets, Dwight Howard of the Orlando Magic, and Raja Bell of the Phoenix Suns. Boston Celtics forward Kevin Garnett, who was named the NBA Defensive Player of the Year, has been named to the All-Defensive team. Garnett had 24 first place votes out of 30. NBA MVP Kobe Bryant of Los Angeles also had 24 first place votes, as coaches were not able to vote for their own players.
