J.P. at Japers' Rink has already ponied up for Alex Ovechkin , while I've sponsored two greats: Wayne Gretzky and Scotty Bowman . Right now, you can get just about anyone you please. ... It's pretty much impossible not to like Gary Roberts. A grizzled old warrior, Roberts has earned the respect he gets from observers around the league after surviving for 20 seasons in the NHL and scoring 434 goals. And if it wasn't for a couple of seasons he lost both to injury and the NHL lockout, Roberts would more than likely be above the magic 500 goal mark that seems to automatically qualify players for inclusion in the Hockey Hall of Fame. ...
