If all the talk flying around between the participants is to be believed, we could be in for one very interesting Slam Dunk Contest. A couple of days ago we heard Rudy Gay send a not-so-subtle message to Dwight Howard , letting Dwight know that if he wants to go dunking on a 12-foot rim, that Rudy would have no trouble matching that feat.     TrueHoop had an article last month about how no one's ever verifiably touched the top of the backboard, which is 13 feet high. I doubt even Howard could do it, and he got up to 12'6" with the sticker dunk.
