Again, this should all be taken with a really, really big grain of salt, but according to the German press, the two clubs have come to an agreement on a price of about €15 million — almost triple what Hamburg paid for him from in 2005 — with a five-year contract being offered the midfielder. There’s no word on what the contract would be worth to Van Der Vaart, but since he’s reportedly turned down €4 million/season offer from Hamburg, he ain’t gonna come cheap. ...
