Giants ink Jeremy Affeldt to 2 year deal for $8 million
Score one for the Giants, what was Jeremy Affeldt thinking? MLB.com is reporting that the Giants signed the free agent to a 2 year deal worth $8 million. Damaso Marte just got a 3 year deal from the Yankees for $12 million. Affeldt is a 29 year old lefty with a 3-1 strikeout to walk ratio.
