If you live in the Bay Area and you're not a die-hard Raiders fan, you've got to be pleased with the news that Sunday's Raiders-Texans game is not a sellout . Under the NFL's agreements with the broadcast networks, games that aren't sold out can't be shown on the local affiliate.
