DUI charge dropped against McNair (AP/Y! Sports)A driving under the influence charge against Baltimore Ravens quarterback Steve McNair was dropped on Tuesday after charges against his brother-in-law were reduced to reckless driving.The former Tennessee Titan was charged because police said McNair allowed his vehicle to be driven by someone who was inebriated, brother-in-law Jamie Cartwright.
