I have covered the absurdness of Philadelphia Phillies fans getting all amped up about World Series parade plans elsewhere already, and while it certainly merits mentioning, I would like to briefly touch on the fact that these people are on the quick path to becoming totally insufferable.
(Aside: Yes, the No. 3 and No. 5 most Googled phrases in the entire world today are “Phillies Parade” and “Phillies World Series Parade.” Yes, it is completely ridiculous that anyone is planning a celebration with only a 3-1 lead. The Yankees didn’t even do this with the Red Sox in 2004.)

I have to laugh at everyone who contends that God, Mother Nature, Snow Miser or whomever is cursing the Phillies with this rainout business.
