The Rays Fielding Is Fine
The Rays Party — It has been talked about recently by mainly TV commentators and their analysts when they compare the Rays defense from this season to last season. I do agree the Rays defense isn't as sharp as it was last season, it is still one of the best in the Majors. Ignore when the TV analysts use fielding percentage because it isn't worth its weight in the Majors. The best suited defensive metric should be UZR, which is probably the best defensive metric out there in determining true run prevention.
