Upside and Motor — ... The Grizzlies are apparently adding Quinton Ross, and I'm not sure I get it. I've never been a big fan of Ross, and personally I don't see what he offers this team that's going to need plenty of minutes at the 3 for Rudy Gay and (hopefully) Hakim Warrick. Not that there won't be minutes for him (because there likely will be), but personally I just don't think he's all that good. Still, he's a decent defender and a warm body to fill the roster who is likely coming at a pretty cheap price. Can't complain with that...or can I? ...
