It's hard to believe, but John Elway, arguably the best quarterback in NFL history, turns 47 today.  Damn that makes me feel old, for sure.  I remember the draft, the trade, the first season, the Drive, the first Super Bowl loss, the second and the third, the lean years, the re-birth, the claims of Elway not being able to win the big one, and finally the culmination of all the pain ...
