There hasn't been any definitive statement to this effect, but the Tribune's Paul Sullivan say s that the Cubs "are focusing on re-signing John Grabow in the next two weeks," and that no one with the Cubs has said a word about Harden. If John Grabow is at the top of the priority list, you have to figure that Harden is nowhere on it.
