Yesterday, Philip Rivers and Eli Manning led their teams to an appearance in next week's conference championship games. They are examples of young quarterbacks who have been able to emerge while overcoming scrutiny. As Titans' fans, we must be patient with Vince Young as he develops and matures into an NFL qb.
