Hoopfest Takes Over Pacific Northwest

The world's largest 3-on-3 basketball tournament went down this weekend in Spokane. A massive festival event that closes downtown and sees hundreds of hoops line the streets showed that the Pacific Northwest loves their hoops (and shouldn't have one of their two teams taken from them).
