Surprisingly, the Yankees’ winning percentage was actually slightly higher without Jeter. Whether you think Jeter is overrated or not, I think you have to concede he has been one of the great players in the game and a future Hall of Famer. However, the difference in winning percentage with and without Jeter isn’t all that large. So what can we conclude from all this?
