The biggest news for Michigan on national signing day was about the player who didn't sign with the Wolverines. Quarterback Terrelle Pryor, the nation's top recruit, told a national TV audience he has decided he's not ready to decide. Pryor, who was wavering between Michigan, Ohio State and Penn State, said he has postponed his decision indefinitely. He also said he will now consider Oregon.
