... And OK, Arnold Palmer’s shot on No. 1 was just cool. Zach Johnson also seemed even more human than he already does when his one-year-old kid started grabbing for the interview microphone. ...

There's the conventional coverage of the Masters golf tournament this week on ESPN and CBS, and then there's Masters mania on DirecTV. This year the satellite carrier is offering free to its customers a Masters Mix Channel similar to those on its Major League Baseball Extra Innings and NFL Sunday Ticket packages. The Masters Mix Channel will consist of a four-way split screen: the ...ESPN Is Actually Making Me Really Want To Watch Golf

From what we saw of it, we kind of enjoyed ESPN's Masters coverage yesterday. With all the screaming and beeping and what-not on the network anymore, it was almost pleasant to have the sleepiness inherent in Masters coverage wash over The Leader. A channel in which everyone seems afraid to raise their voice makes for happy viewers. Still, it was strange to hear Jim Nantz on ESPN; imagine ...This Man Fathered A Swedecaublasian [The Masters]

ESPN's Masters Coverage has mostly enjoyable today, with Scott Van Pelt seemingly right at home covering all the yawwwwn thrilling action and excitement down at Augusta. It's safe to say that if Tiger's not in contention during the final round, the whole wall-to-wall coverage is a colossal failure. Last night, ESPN featured a little segment about a woman named, Jennifer Brown from ...Zach Johnson, One Down Three To Go

I've been a huge fan of Zach Johnson since last year, even if his little religious rants after winning at Augusta were a little overboard. Nonetheless, he seems to be a great guy that carries himself well and hits the ball damn well. I also think he is one of the few golfers that never tries something he can't pull off, something none of us writing or reading this could ever say. He finished ...It's Only Thursday, but Zach Johnson Leads The Masters Like It's 2007
Posted 4/10/2008 on FanHouse
Zach Johnson thinks it's still 2007. He's just made his way around Amen Corner in par-birdie-birdie and now leads The Masters at 3-under. He started the day with a birdie on arguably the toughest opening hole in golf, and added another at No. 5 before dropping a shot on the last hole of the front nine. Unlike recent Masters, the conditions are benign and the scoring is relatively low. ...Track Your Fantasy Golf Teams With Additional Masters Coverage

For the rest of the day I will be randomly presenting different top-notch golfers and explaining why these guys have a chance to win the Masters over anyone else in the field. Mostly, this will just be stupid "stats" that really don't matter once the golfers tee it up Thursday morning. To recap, skip everything I'm about to write.
