The Bucs have signed USELESS TE Jerramy Stevens formerly of the Seattle Seahawks reports the St. Pete Times . You may remember Stevens being charged with Marijuana possession earlier in the off-season and you may also remember him getting called out by LB Joey Porter during the Super Bowl. Bah!
