So with the ban on testing shortly to come into effect, at least one driver is thinking, "Hey, why not make this a permanent deal?" Carl Edwards is harkening back to the old show-up-and-throw-the-green days of yore: "As long as everyone does the same thing, I mean, hell, what does everyone need all this practice for? ...
