- J.D. Drew re-enters the lineup tonight after missing two games with a back injury. He will bat third in the lineup and play right field.
- Jed Lowrie was called up from Triple A Pawtucket last night to replace shortstop Julio Lugo tonight and Alex Cora will play shortstop for tomorrow's 1:35 game against Baltimore.
Lugo is on the 15-day DL after injuring his left quadriceps. He had an ...

... and Jed Lowrie was called up to help out at short... but Lowrie went 0-4 in his first game back and he and the Sox could be victims of bad timing here...
