Dominican phenom Edward Salcedo has been on the Indians’ radar for over a year. As mentioned here many times before, Salcedo has become nearly as mythical as the now infamous Sidd Finch. If you don’t remember Finch, he was Sports Illustrated’s April Fool’s joke circa 1985.
