Isles Witt OK after head injury; Martinek out
One day after suffering a bloody gash on the back of his head when it banged the ice during a brawl with Buffalo's Patrick Kaleta, Islanders defenseman Brendan Witt was back at practice yesterday apparently none the worse for wear.
