It Really Comes Down to Effort
Friday's loss in Miami was explainable in three ways: 1. Dwyane Wade took over. 2. Shawn Marion's defense on Caron Butler eliminated Washington's best offensive player. 3. The Wizards simply didn't bring it. The first two points are understandable because Wade is that good, and Marion is and always has been one of the most unique weapons in the league.
