6-4-2 — an Angels/Dodgers double play blog — ... and Brad Penny were placed on the DL, both with right shoulder inflammation. Wade's move was retroactive to Saturday. The Dodgers called up Eric Stults and and purchased the contract of Tanyon Sturtze to replace them on the 25-man; the 40-man roster is now filled with that transaction. Chris Young was placed on the 15-day DL by the Padres. Replacing him on the Padres roster will be ex-Dodger Brian Falkenborg, whose contract was purchased from AAA Portland.
