Jackson "medically unfit" for booking at O.C. Jail now at a hospital

Earlier reports from the Costa Mesa police said that Rampage Jackson was not under suspicion for drugs or alcohol . TMZ.com is reporting a change in the story . There's no new evidence to say that it was drugs or alcohol, but for some reason Jackson was NOT booked into the Orange County Jail.
