BALTIMORE • The Toronto Blue Jays have run out of patience with Jesse Litsch . The struggling right-hander was exiled to Triple-A Syracuse on Wednesday night. Lefty David Purcey was called up and will take Litsch’s spot in the starting rotation. Litsch, just 23, started the season 7-1 with a 3.18 ERA. Mediocre headcase (who happens to be leading the AL in strikeouts) that is always hurt (yet is 7th in the AL in innings pitched this season and has started 5 times in 19 days) AJ Burnett was delivered another cosmic screwjob. He looked great, striking out the side in the bottom of 5 looked strong after six innings.
