BALTIMORE • The Toronto Blue Jays have run out of patience with Jesse Litsch . The struggling right-hander was exiled to Triple-A Syracuse on Wednesday night. Lefty David Purcey was called up and will take Litsch’s spot in the starting rotation. Litsch, just 23, started the season 7-1 with a 3.18 ERA.
