Jeter hits milestone with 2,500th
Nearly five years ago to the day, Derek Jeter recorded his 1,500th hit against the Orioles at Camden Yards. Friday night, Jeter reached another milestone, picking up his 2,500th hit in the very same ballpark with a first-inning single.
