The Jets unveiled their long-awaited pricing plan for the new stadium that opens in 2010, and many season-ticket holders got a welcome surprise when team owner Woody Johnson said the club would not require fans to purchase personal seat licenses for any of the 27,000 seats in the stadium's upper tier.
