The Redskins are denying a report by ESPN that Joe Gibbs is being offered a two-year extension to stay on as coach. At first, Gibbs cut a five-year deal to guide the “Burgundy and Gold.” He is 29-34 since retaking the helm. Gibbs usually doesn’t discuss his future until after the end of the season.
