Hail Mary Jane — Capitals 10 - Bruins 2 Alex Ovechkin had been a slump lately. This was one of his worst stretches in his young career, in which he had only scored 1 goal in his last 8 games. He got out of the slump last night though. He scored 3 goals in the first period as the Capitals got off to a really quick start, scoring six goals in the first period.
