The Flagrant Fan: Joe Torre - Bullpen Killer?
BBTF's Baseball Primer NewsblogThe Flagrant Fan: Joe Torre - Bullpen Killer? Dr. Septimust Proctorius strikes again! But Broxton has 50 appearances so far and that is right in line with the average for closers (Rivera has 51). The key here though is that this is Broxton’s first year at doing this. What about Joe?
soxandpinstripes.com 8/25/2009 — I'm of the belief a manager is mostly there to gel with the team.
