Official Joey Crawford may have just had his "Jake O'Donnell" moment. He ejected Tim Duncan for laughing while sitting on the bench. According to Duncan, Crawford also challenged him to a fight. Duncan believes that Crawford has a grudge against him. The last time something like this happened, Jake O'Donnell ejected Clyde Drexler from a playoff game--and never worked in the NBA again.
