This is a great example of a guy being honored for what he did after his college career.
Don’t get me wrong, he was good in college, but Aikman never went to the Rose Bowl, never came close to winning a Heisman and was accorded the lofty status of All-Pac-10 honorable mention quarterback as a senior.
