USC quarterback John David Booty suffered a fractured finger on his throwing hand during Saturday night's 24-23 loss to Stanford, setting up a potentially delicate decision for USC coaches this week. Third-year sophomore Mark Sanchez did not play against the Cardinal, but he will probably get some first-team snaps in practice this week as Booty's condition is evaluated.
